There could be several factors that would affect the first impression of an individual of the healthcare facility. These are listed below.
(1) cleanliness --> when a facility is cleaned, it means that it is well-managed and people are concerned about the rather unwanted effects of having a dirty workplace.

(2) price --> people tend to believe most of a time that facilities that ask for higher payment tend to have better quality of service and equipment.

(3) employees --> it is important that the employees inside the facility will be able to relate well to the admitted patients for them to feel comfortable and relaxed.
