If its hot people are gonna put on less cloths and if its cold people are gonna put on more cloths 

Climate influences our community and the lives of humans and animals by maintaining and changing the environment in which they live. This includes the impact on human and animal health as well as crops grown to sustain living organisms. These affects may be positive or negative.
