Yes, it is different.

In Europe, the Germans would send the Jews to the concentration camps. The condition for traveling and working in the concentration camps is inhumane. Towards the end of WWII, the Nazi Germany government planned to kill the remaining Jews that were still alive in the camps. In Central Africa, the people who have darker skin are superior than the people who have lighter skin.
