The first country that came to mind was Canada.

The country with 3 a's in it's name is Canada.

Water flows along the east coast and across the western tropical pacific towards south america, while they both are directed towards that way,  el niño does not directly affect the southern flow of water along the coast. 

Answermost of the time it would be ground into fine sediment,and sometimes they are carried away from the original location;
