How can external factors hinder effective communication

Communication is a way of sending messages from one place to another person in a different place. Many barrier may prevent the effectiveness of the communication. The external physical barriers include noise , environmental distractions, climate etc. which prevent the message receiver from accurately analyzing the message transmitted.
