Could someone help me out on what kind of map projection this is?

This is a physical map, the map you have above shows land and sea and where desert and plain is, however it does not show mountain ranges, and geographical locations like a physical map would. The map projection is helpful though because it shows a grid so you can understand the scale of everything being shown. some labels and pointers would be helpful though to make the map better.
