During the Southern Hemisphere summer, describe the pressure gradient over the Southern Ocean (South Pacific and South Atlantic Oceans). What kind of wind speeds do you think this gradient produces

Between the southern hemisphere and the northern hemisphere there is a differentiated warming because of the specific heat changes between these two regions. This can cause a decrease in pressure in the southern hemisphere during the summer and part of the spring, causing a strong pressure gradient in relation to the ocean in this region. This may be able to cause a strong release of latent heat in relation to a concentration of cooled air in the region of the oceans.

When a pressure gradient is established in the hemisphere, the wind begins to dissipate, at high speed, from the regions with the highest pressure values to the regions with the lowest pressure values, however, once the pressure gradient no longer exists, the wind speed will assume constant values.
