Even though there are policies that are anti-natalist, the people don't seem to apply to them, though the birthrates have been steadily dropping recently due to the development and gradual increase of the standard of living. Uzbekistan, on the other hand, is castrating the women after they have two children. The reason for this is that the country doesn't have enough resources so they desperately are trying to not become overpopulated and collapse.
