We view properties as individuals asset. It is not a common thing in  our modern and urban life. Every property has a worth which the owner takes pride in. There is always value return on lease and rents on properties in the urban areas.

In pastoral hinterlands, goodwill matters the most. House and properties can be given out for free so far it will promote the outlook of the community. The ruler is usually the custodian by culture, the owner of all lands.
