Back in England, Jules and Madame traveled by train through the English Channel Tunnel. Their destination, the City of Light. To Madame and many others, it is the center of the world. It's about 210 miles (338 km) southeast of London and about 250 miles (402 km) West of the German border. Madame and Jules attend a soiree at the Ritz Hotel and dance beside the Seine River. Madame is disappointed that Jules doesn't try to steal her Ruby necklace.
