If you are trying to find a place where the industrial and transportation are developed, the best sign on a map would be to look at the roads, railroads, or airports that would be located in these places. On the map it shows the International District having the most of this (yet it is not even an option) and the second most developed being Yesler Terrace and First Hill, with the least shown developed as Pioneer Square. However if you google one of these places, you will find that this is Seattle. Next, I googled the what was in these districts to find the Pioneer Square is said to be the Industrial district.
