It is a democracy so people have a say in the actions conducted by the government and it supports a competitive economy. So it is almost like regular capitalism but they also have socialist ideas about worker rights and they help out the workers that suffer with laws and paid leave along with a lot of other rights that for example workers in the US don't have.
