How can we allow for people to express their religion without harming others? (it’s not on google so don’t say look it up)

Allowing religious freedom - so like if ppl wanna build a mosque in a country let them do it. Maybe even making the effort to learn the traditions and religious restrictions of the other religions to avoid offending them
