What is one explanation for the wealth and poverty found in mexico city

It might be because the Mexico is undeveloped country.Which means they have low quality of life,low HDI,  education might not be provided, weak economy ,gender inequality and these reasons make country poor and the big reason is also that the government doesnt care about helping citizens in the country 

Africans learned what the europeans wanted them to learn. instead of learning about african history and current information that could and would them they learned solely what europe wanted them to. and not everyone received the same education, some received better and others none.
