La Suisse est un petit pays montagneux avec très peu de terres pour le logement. les espaces sont également très petits par rapport à d'autres pays. la plupart des gens loueront des appartements, des condos ou des maisons non meublés. seuls 30% environ de la population suisse possèdent un logement, dont moins dans les villes. Les prix des maisons ont légèrement augmenté de 0,61% au cours de leur première année en essayant de réduire leur marche immobilier surchauffé.
