Can i have my french checked? did i write all my french in the present tense?

so i am meaning to say " i have a backpack, my bike, a tent, my sleeping "

i have it written as "j’ai un sac à dos, mon vélo, une tente, mon sac de " is that grammatically correct?

in addition, i need to say "some food and water" in french. i have that written as "de la nourriture et de l'eau." is this grammatically correct, too?

furthermore, is this piece of french correct?

i wrote "je suis aller à la pêche," wanting it to say "i am fishing."
