Has the idea of "freedom from fear" changed over time? historical/biographical analysis

The human race is becoming more dependent on technology as businesses andknowledge about the world becomes more definite.

One thing that stays the same is the core concept idea of freedom of fear.

"We believe that our citizens should be able to live free from fear.

" President Obama's reference to terrorism indicates how the world has changedand the freedom of fear is more demanding and needing but the bigger picturefrom his reference to terrorism is that we have been asking for freedom of fearfor years and haven't been granted that yet.

They focused on the events that are happening currently and also thatAmericans and people in other countries will always want the most essentialfreedoms including freedom of fear.

In decades to come the problems we have now may not be the most importantthing but people will still want to live with the freedom of fear.

Citizens will look to their leaders to hopefully convince others to give thisessential freedom to others.
