First , when Brutus utters" ...Words before blows..."Shakespeare is creating tension as he implies that it is preferable to speak than to fight .Anyway, Octavious does not like Brutus idea of speaking and he knows Brutus´s skill for using speech in order to obtain the results he expects.That also creates tension since it is clearly seen Octavious doesnot want to talk.Brutus then insists on the idea of talking and by doing so makes Antony even angier.Antony´s tone is that of agitation , and this has grwon stronger,when he refers to Brtus and his wrong  decisions and wrong use of words.
