We have that Hamlet is keeping to himself the fact that his dead father confided in him, namely the fact that Claudius killed him. Thus, he is sensing an internal conflict between his will to avenge his father and the helplessness he feels. It cannot be characterized as external. Also it is not social since it does not affect a group of people and he still gets not into conflict with Claudius. Finally, it can't be political since he is not interested in the crown, he is sad due to his father's demise.
