I have an option of traveling by land for a certain distance to the next airport though. However, this would mean not only an interruption in the fun and pleasure that I initially dreamed of; it would mean additional expenses and an exhausting land travel. Moreover, my return flight back to my home country may also be re-booked or cancelled because of the change in airport and certain delays. Overall, the emotional trauma of being trapped and placed in possible danger is something that would affect my next trips either positively or negatively.
