Some questions should not be answered, even if you can answer them. Do not seek to harm yourself. Robert Walton had seen what this did to Victor. Victor asked him what he would do with the knowledge of how Victor animated the creature. Victor worried that Walton would ruin himself. Perhaps in turning back his ship at the end of the story, he was exercising this knowledge that sometimes the undiscovered should remain undiscovered.

Show his work so he doesn’t get points taken off. this is because even if he can do calculations in his head, he may make a mistake and having it on the paper will not only him find mistakes but show that he was doing the work as well.
