This is an example of plagiarism: katie reads on a website that “almost one in five us public schools required students to wear uniforms during the 2011-2012 school year, up from one in eight in 2003-2004.” katie re-words this to say “approximately one out of five public schools in the united states required students to wear a uniform during the 2011-12 school year. this was an increase from one in eight in the 2003-4 school year”. katie does not cite her source.  true or false ?
