It's asking you to find all 14 of the personal pronouns ( I, you, he, she, it, we, they, me, him, her, us, and them ) in the paragraph. This helps to see how the paragraph shifts for first, second and third person.

put the "1pro" above all 1st person pronouns (I, we)
put the "2pro" above all 2nd person pronouns (you, yours)
put the "3pro" above all 3rd person pronouns (He, She, it, they, them, their)
