How do people with winter blues feel in the spring compared in the winter

It is a disorder in which someone experiences normal mental health most of the year, but whenever a certain season comes, they have depressive symptoms.  that season is most commonly winter.  they'd feel normal in the spring i suppose, unless spring was their bad season.
