How do i write a summary and include my own feelings? can you include some type of format? !

Depends on what the topic is.

You can write how the event that happened affected the world & later on, and how the ruling, change, or destruction of something caused a change of belief in today's society. 

Always tie in what you have written to real life, especially if it is an essay about things that teaches a lesson or is based on history & experience
