People’s experiences can aid them in their careers because whenever you face a certain situation you've faced before, it won't be as daunting as it would be if you were experiencing it for the very first time. In other words, ace professionals not only master what they do, they also know how to act when facing the so called "unexpected", which for them is not such a hassle because of their (ideally vast) collection of previous experiences.
