What is a difference between a collection of brilliant minds and a brilliant collection of minds

A collection of brilliant minds is a collection of minds that have advanced thinking, think of it this way- every mind in the collection is brilliant.

A brilliant collection of minds is a collection of minds that work brilliant together, they each have their own abstract way of thinking that works brilliant with each others.  Basically instead of every person BEING brilliant, each person has there own brilliance, which together makes a brilliant collection of minds.
