no, for a multitude of reasons

Explanation:

The men controlling woman wouldn't be right because it would be se.xist. There wouldn't be equality. Even back in the days where they had it going on, no one felt as though it were right, and woman fought against what they thought wasn't right, and stood up to men.

The young are already sort of controlled by the elders. It would be better in some ways, such as learning discipline, but in others it wouldn't be. Especially with technology. Times are changing and so are people.
