Speakers can use inflection to show their enthusiasm and build excitement about what they are talking about. Disadvantage
Sound recordings lack visuals which will support a listener’s understanding. Listeners may find it dull if a speaker just reads a report.
Video medium:
Advantage
Presenters use sights, sounds, and motion to create interest. It is often very engaging and informative for viewers.
Disadvantage
It takes more time and money to create. Presenters cannot guarantee people will watch.
Graphics:
Advantage
Graphics can simplify complex ideas into easy-to-view chunks. Colors and shapes can present information during a clear and attractive manner.
Disadvantage
Poorly designed graphics can confuse the viewer instead of aid understanding. Graphics provide the large picture but can lack supportive detail.

People pass by quickly. Designers cannot include much detail. Information must be condensed to grab attention.

Designers can combine text, images, and sounds. The format can engage multiple sorts of learners. It can include virtually unlimited information.

Audience must seek out the information. The format can distract from the message if it's too flashy or too outdated.

Why can it be helpful to present ideas in more than one medium?

People learn things in different ways so it's best to show it in different ways so everyone can understand.

I prefer the text because I'm more of a visual learner and it's just makes it easier to understand.
