Based on this week's resources on a variety of myths about heroes from around the world, what may be viewed as the characteristics of the hero as presented in these myths? Is the concept, "hero," similar among all these myths, or are there any dissimilarities between them? For example, some of the "heroes" are also considered to be gods--can a god be a hero? Can a trickster god be a hero?
