People usually take life for granted and have a negative view of the world around them. I feel as life should be cherished with every second, because it could suddenly be cut off. The next second, minute, hour, or day, we could pass by any circumstance. It could be nearly impossible, but it could happen. Tomorrow is never promised, and thats something at people think isnt true, but it is, Take 9/11 for example, 3,000 people went to their daily routines and went to work that morning. The thought that they could die that day never once crossed their minds, and it usually never crosses our minds either, they sat down, said good morning to their families and later co-workers, sat down at their desks, or went to a meeting. Some of them simply didn't feel well that morning and decided to stay home, how do you think that they felt when they found out about the attacks, knowing that they could have died that day? The thing is, never take what you have for granted, because it could be ripped away from your grasp at a moment's notice.

Explanation:

1.creeping like a snail is a simile used in this poem and it means the child is going to school unwillingly./a child is unwilling to go to school.

2. man becomes very frail and loses his physical strength when he becomes old, so much that his leggings that used to fit him snugly when he was in his youth are now too loose for him to wear, and that his shank has shrunk so much that this worldly stage is too big for a feeble actor like him. although, 'his youthful hose' just refers to his leggings/pants/ to shrink from danger; to shrink from contact.

3.the words "sans" means "without." it is a french word that is often used in english even today. so he is saying that in the last age of a man, the man is without eyes, taste, or anything else. he also says that this is the "last stage of all" and that it is the stage that ends a man's "history."
