Worldbuilding is a useful approach to creating a setting in all sorts of fiction, but because it encompasses many aspects of the real world in order to invent something entirely unique, it is especially useful when crafting a wildly creative setting. Write a short paragraph or bulleted list explaining how you would blend these two worlds: a city that is on the floor of the ocean.
