Scenario: At the local farmer's market, Camilla witnesses a person
stealing food from different food stands. Camilla then notices that the
person gives the stolen food to someone who appears to be in need.
Camilla could report the theft, but that might cause the person
receiving the food to go hungry. What should Camillia do?
