If you're to write a letter and you have to write on implications of paying school fees late. What should you write?​

Sub: Late Fee Submission Request

Dear Headmaster/Sir,

I am writing to you because I would like to request for myself to pay the school fees that are outstanding at a later date. I have two/three children (Or more) that go to your school and I have been paying on time for the first one/two. (Describe in your own words). However, I have fallen behind on my second/third child fees. My first or second children have been attending your school for the past three years and I have managed to pay every single payment. It is only the past two school fees that I haven’t been able to pay for my second or third child. This is down to having strict financial constraints. (Explain the actual cause and situation).

I am providing for a family of five/six and my wife has recently been laid off due to major budget cuts and till she can get another job we will be struggling with all of our bills. (Cordially Describe your requirements). I hope that you will grant me this and that I can pay at a later date as this will help me a lot. I look forward to hearing back to your reply.
