Begin by considering this question: Many of the founding documents in America are dedicated to showing that all men are created equal. This is a cornerstone of our nation. However, Harry Blackmun, former US Supreme Court Justice, said, “In order to treat some persons equally, we must treat them differently.” Was Justice Blackmun right or wrong?
