I disagree, I believe watching tv can actually be good for children. One reason is that TV can help learn about a variety of subjects, If your youngster is interested in a topic, there is almost certainly a TV show, movie, or educational DVD that covers it thoroughly. You might be astonished to learn how many children enjoy and watch adult-oriented instructional programming. Rachael Ray, for example, has a sizable fan base among children and tweens, and her primetime show frequently involves children in the kitchen. Preschool shows are particularly good at creating ideas for learning activities and motivating children through the use of characters.
