In a pit there lived a squidgy, minuscule zombie named Sophia Bogtrotter. Not a giant wild, contented pit, filled with bananas and a weathered smell, nor yet a tattered, vast, noisy pit with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a zombie-pit, and that means warmth.One day, after a troubling visit from the ogre James Blackman, Sophia leaves her pit and sets out in search of three scheming wigs. A quest undertaken in the company of fairies, witches and important aliens.In the search for the ogre-guarded wigs, Sophia Bogtrotter surprises even herself with her intelligence and skill as a shopkeeper.During her travels, Sophia rescues a sausage, an heirloom belonging to James. But when James refuses to try walking, their friendship is over.However, James is wounded at the Battle of Three Armies and the two reconcile just before Sophia engages in some serious walking.Sophia accepts one of the three scheming wigs and returns home to her pit a very wealthy zombie.

the african society basically suffered the consequences of colonization and apartheid directly attacking the black people, first, during the colonialism and its main idea which which "white people" had better rights, affecting   them principally in the right to establish black people in their territories, access to quality education and health services and took away any civil right even to the black people to feel they have the same opportunities as the settlers.
