Is this passage from julius caesar, why does antony repeat the phrase he is an honorable man

He was my friend, faithful and just to me.

But Brutus says he was ambitious,

And Brutus is an honourable man.

When that the poor have cried, Caesar hath wept.

Yet Brutus says he was ambitious,

And Brutus is an honourable man.

I thrice presented him a kingly crown,

The reason Anthony said the word honorable so many times is because he draws powers to the word, he uses it in a sarcastic manner to show that really Brutus is not honorable in his acts.
