Provide security to its people, solve problems of their people, produce or arrange food for them, make them strong financially as well as in defending their tribe etc are the responsibilities of the leaders. If the leader does not fulfill its responsibilities well so they will be removed from leadership by the people of the tribe or community and the most deserving will take its place.
