This quote means that if people didn't get angry they wouldn't accomplish anything or motivate them to change.

I don't agree with this quote. I think that you get more accomplished when you are calm and cool headed. This leads to peaceful resolutions, and less problems. Motivation comes from the future. You look for what you want and are motivated to get it.
