I agree because if a teacher does a poor job at teaching and the students don't understand then that means they are not deserving of the same salary as a teacher who does a good job at teaching each concept and making sure the students understand. I also think it should vary on each lesson they teach because sometimes the same teacher might do a good job at one time but at another fails to teach their students. This might also give teachers another reason to teach better and grow their teaching abilities.
