Read the paragraph.
Many joggers prefer to run through their neighborhoods during the early morning hours. It’s a quieter time of the day. This allows the runner to carry on without dealing with too many obstacles. The runner is less likely to see heavy traffic or other people who are out for casual walks with their dogs or their children. Also, a run in the early morning hours is a good way to start the day. It wakes up the body and boosts brain activity.
