Our first task is to determine which article (“Teens and Technology Share a Future" or "The Black Hole of Technology") makes a stronger argument. We will think about the
following questions as we evaluate these two articles.
• Which blogger presents stronger supporting evidence?
• Which blogger makes better use of persuasive techniques,
including repetition and appeals to emotion and reason?
• Which blogger makes a stronger connection with the reader?
• Which blogger does a better job dealing with opposing
opinions?
