Explain the deeper meaning of the quote “We’re not free until we’re All free”

I think that the meaning is that until all people are not free we can not be free until they are free too. So like is saying that we are not leaving no one behind.

I think this quote means that: We are not all free. Even though we technically have "freedom" not all american experience that freedom. So it one American doesn't have that freedom then in reality no one has freedom. There will be freedom when there is freedom for all people no matter the race, ethnicity, or background.
