How can you approach an argument for which you have no direct evidence?

plagiarism is a consequential action, and can result in many bad endings. for instance, you could possibly get expelled from a college or even your own school. you also have the potential of getting your work destroyed. it can also result in expulsion from you academic institution, in some cases permanent expulsion. plagiarism can result in legal action; fines and penalties etc.
