Why does capulet think the following exchange is so funny? capulet. make haste, make haste. sirrah, fetch drier logs:
call peter, he will show thee where they are.
sec. serv. i have a head, sir, that will find out logs,
and never trouble peter for the matter.

he knows that peter is not that smart.

the servant is calling himself a loggerhead.

right after this exchange, the servant trips over a log.

he knows that the servant has no idea where the logs are.

I'm pretty sure the answer is D.

This is from Romeo and Juliet right? I read the story a few years ago when I was in my Freshman year of High School so I remember a little bit of it :)

1. read the following excerpt from franklin d. roosevelt's "fireside chat 19":
