I would say that in order to start a study group for your Spanish class you should ask your teacher, that is, your anwer would be C. Your teacher knows all of the students in the classroom, so they probably team you up with someone who shares your points of view. In this way, you wil get along with the members at the same time all of you learn something different from one another.
