Macbeth seems to suffer from infirmity when (b) he seems ill at the banquet. He is showing mental weakness as he see's the ghost of Banquo sitting in his spot. Macbeth speaks to the ghost and says, "Thou canst not say I did it. Never shake/ Thy gory locks at me"(3.4.3). The fact that Macbeth is talking to a ghost shows how he suffering a lot. Even his own wife sneers at him as asks "Are you a man?" Showing that his hallucinations always occur when he gets scared.
