can a public service announcement (psa) reduce the number of distracted driving incidents?

reasons against the psa announcements a way to solve distracted driving issues include the fact that most people tend to assume  any announcments made and they lack consiquences . in this case, a mere announcment wont have a impact as compared to consiquences that are brought forward to ensure that people are aware of the implications .human beings are more cultured to use concequinces to stop a certain habit or start a new habit. given this fact it is impossible rely on these psa to reduce public driving.

if some people do listen it will help reduce it a little. it works a little but not always going to get everbodys attention until a consequence happens.people that do listen have a better chance at avoiding or spoting distracted driving.

through negative experiences we learn many things its sort of like karma if u do something bad to someone and u get a consequence u dont like the next time u wont do it again and as for positive ur not really learning anything and another example for negativity people didnt want barrack obama as president because they thought he was the worst and he was taking but now we have donald trump   and hes   is not anyone and shut down the government over sum petty stuff unlike barrack obama who shut down the government because they did not want to give health care to the community and now these people who want him out want him in now
