Which is a theme in the story “two friends”?

A theme (and the central theme) is that you should always have your best friend's back no matter what they're currently going through. In the story, they never wanted to give in. They stood their ground with each other and didn't give up, especially in Lines 85-88.

Iwould say “longest” i could be wrong thoughof the two roads, i’be always taken the longest one.
